Our Background

What inspired the start of DauSight as a data collection company is the fact that Africa faces many social-political problems which we saw can be addressed if we take control of our demographic data. As you understand technology penetration is not fully realized in most African countries, while those leading in technology advancement have it majorly in urban centers, majority of rural settlements still remain in the dark with a lot of uncovered facts and information. As DauSight we saw the opportunity to collect data that when analyzed and processed can give valuable information that can help curb or address the current problems. What drives us is the fact that information is the most valuable asset in the world right now and having access to the right kind of information can be the difference between life and death. Every day millions of people die, business-start-ups fail, industries collapse and in worst case scenarios governments are overthrown or they make wrong decisions that lead to some hostile political climates.

About Our Survey App

Part of our mission being to provide the best platform for people to air their views, we have an Android app that will roll out before the end of the year. The app allows registered users to participate in surveys and opinions polls which earn then cash rewards. Participants are paid when their cumulative earnings reach the pay-out threshold amount. The app will be free to download for the Android playstore. This initiative was agreed upon when we factored out the aspect of mobility which gives users freedom and flexibility of how, when and where they wish to participate in the surveys and polls.
